So, we received a power steering pump off a Chevy pick up truck with the motor from the junk year, as the 2015 Camero this engine came out of did not have a physical fluid power steering pump.
The pump whined all the time, especially when turning. We tried everything. Different size hoses, pressure reducers and more. Even a different truck pump. No luck. Stellar Built in Sacramento put a 2011 Camero pump on it, and BOOM…. that was it. Nice and quiet, and works perfect.
